Order fulfilment and delivery methods
When I decided to create the on-line version of La Bottega dei Sapori -pressed by many customers at the store, I was aware that my commitment to a professional service providing the most distinctive selection of products also included the careful choice of a carrier.
I could not but choose Mail Boxies etc. , a company that has been La Bottega dei Sapori's partner for many years.

The procedure consists of two phases:

1. The order is processed by La Bottega dei Sapori
Usually this takes us, on average, five weekdays. The order will be processed starting from the date on which you will receive the order acknowledgemnt e-mail and the date on which you order will be sent out will depend on the payment method you selected.
It is agreed that, subject to Art 6 of the Italian Law decrees 185/99, the order cannot be fulfilled later than 30 days after reception of order acknowledgement. In case the order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days we will notify you within the same 30 days term.

2. Delivery modes by Mail Boxes Etc.
As already specified La Bottega dei Sapori collaborates with Mail Boxes Etc. for all logistic services.
Mail Boxes Etc. packagings are guaranteed and shipment methods are fast and secure thanks the agreements entered into with UPS and Federal Express.
La Bottega dei Sapori will enter a shipment contract on your behalf with the carrier, thus you will be charged all shipment costs. In any case shipment charges are clearly quoted in the cart section and in all order check-out sections.
On the second day upon reception of shipment confirmation -inconveniences excepted, the merchandise will be delivered to the shipment/billing address.

We inform you that the merchandise is insured against any transport damage and thus Mail Boxes recommends you to be present when the products are delivered in order to immediately assess any possible damage occurred to the packagings during transport.
This unfortunate inconvenience should occur - and it has never happened in so many years of collaboration with Mail Boxes, we are committed to immediately forwarding you - once again, the products you ordered.

We remind you that:
orders can only be placed by adults.
The orders you may place shall only be binding for us upon acknowledgement on our part -by e-mail, that the whole order process has been duly completed, payment has been received and the products are available.
