ON-LINE PURCHASE CONTRACT
1. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
Our website provides several payment and delivery options to choose from. We are committed to offering you a wide range of options. However payment and delivery methods different from those indicated are not allowed. Our products can only be sold in the countries included in the checklist. Products are sold at the prices posted on our website until changed.
2. ORDERS ACCEPTANCE
Orders can only be placed by adults.
The orders you may place shall only be binding for us upon acknowledgement on our part -by e-mail, that the whole order process has been duly completed, as follows: payment has been received and the products are available.

No piece of information contained in our website shall be regarded as an offer. On the contrary it shall be considered as a purchase proposal.
3. TERMINATION RIGHT
As under Law Decree N. 185/99 of the Italian legislation, you shall be entitled to terminate the contract with no penalty and no explanation within ten (10) weekdays from reception of the products.
You only have to notify us your intention to terminate the contract (indicating money reimbursement methods), by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Termination notices can also be sent by cable, fax or telex, provided that confirmation is sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours. Within the same ten days term you shall return us the products untouched and with their original packagings: Products are to be returned to us at your expense and under your responsibility.
Money shall be reimbursed upon reception of the products.
4. PRIVACY PLEDGE
We inform you that Law N. 675/96 of the Italian legislationprovides for processing modes of personal datasuch as to guarantee the respect of rights and personal dignity, especially insofar as confidential information and personal identity are concerned. Thus your data will be processed by us in compliance with the aforesaid law and making sure that your rights are safeguarded and we shall be bound to keep the so received information confidential.
As under Article 10 of Law N. 675/96 we inform you that your data will be processed by electronic media with the only purpose to execute the contract.
When necessary to execute the contract, we shall transmit your data to the relevant shipment company and to other companies charged of the sale and delivery of the products.
Communication of data is mandatory since it enables the execution of the purchase contract.
OPTIONAL CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We inform you that your personal data might also be processed to inform you about initiatives, happenings, discounts and new products. Thus your personal data might only be passed on to companies connected with us with the aforesaid aim to inform you about new products. Consent to this option shall not be mandatory.
In no case shall we use your personal data for aims different from what illustrated above or shall we communicate them to other companies.
As for the aforesaid privacy pledge you shall be entitled to resort to the relevant authorities to claim the rights provided for under Art. 13 of the Italian Law 675/96. We shall be responsible and liable for proper data processing.
5. DELIVERY TERMS
We shall be committed to forwarding the products to the relevant shipping firm/person as soon as possible. You shall pay for transport charges according to the delivery methods you selected.
Delivery terms quoted in the delivery methods section refer to the period of time we shall regard as reasonable to deliver you the products. We shall do our best to deliver you the products within the date agreed upon, but in no case shall we be liable for any possible damage due to transport delay.
6. WARRANTY
We guarantee that our products are free from any faults. In case any and whatever faults might be found in the products you shall give us notice of it as soon as possible, in any case within eight (8) days by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

7. JURISDICTION
All contracts entered with us shall be considered as so entered in Italy and shall be ruled by the Italian law.
We reserve the right to change the sale terms. Possible new rules will be effective starting from the date on which they will be posted on our website and they will apply to the sales carried out henceforth.
